We truly hope it brings you joy when you receive your order. However, if something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help.

EXCHANGES

• Exchanges are accepted of non-sale items, if you reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
• Exchanges are allowed only for size or product availability.
• Shipping charges for returns/exchanges may apply.

RETURNS

• We currently do not offer refunds for orders once delivered.
• In eligible cases, we may offer store credit or exchange.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Customised or altered garments
• Made to measure pieces
• Sale or discounted items
• Items that show signs of wear, washing or damage after delivery

• Because each creation involves hours of thoughtful work, we do not offer refunds, except in cases of fulfilment errors—like missing items or an incorrect shipment.
• We’re able to process only one return or exchange request per order, so please choose thoughtfully.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos or unboxing video.

RETURN SHIPPING

To start a return, you can contact us at customer care houseofmangotree@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

SHIPPING POLICY

Most of our garments are made in small batches, and some are made specially after your in placed.

• Orders are usually shipped within 5-7 working days
• However, during busy periods or for certain styles, it may take longer, and we will keep you informed.
• We currently ship across India through reliable courier partners.
• For International shipping, please contact us before placing your order so we can assist you with shipping charges and timelines
